Responsibilities:
1.Welcomes guests.
2.Answer telephone calls and emails.
3.Keep reception area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
4.Purchasing supplies.
5.Distributing mails and deliveries.
6.Responsible for completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner at Manager’s request.
Requirements and skills:
1.Proven work experience as a receptionist (minimum 3 years UAE experience), Front Office Representative or similar role.
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3.Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
4.Professional attitude and appearance.
5.Solid written and verbal communication skills.
6.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
7.Excellent organizational skills.
8.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
9.Customer service attitude.
10.Hightly organized.
11.Punctual and self-motivated.
