Responsibilities:

Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of Esport Arena, greeting and assisting members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Communication Pro: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and precision, providing information and assistance as needed.

Gaming Enthusiast: Stay informed about the latest gaming events, tournaments, and club activities to engage with members and enhance their experience.

Security Liaison: Monitor and manage access to the gaming club, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for all.

Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting other team members.

Requirements:

Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive and approachable attitude.

Gaming Passion: Genuine interest in gaming culture and a desire to contribute to the Esport Arena community.

Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of office software and a willingness to learn about gaming equipment.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse tasks with efficiency.
