Main Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Managing and maintaining the reception area, including keeping it clean and tidy
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements
Proven work experience as a corporate receptionist or in a similar client facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation at all times.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A positive can do attitude
