Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, performing clerical tasks, providing customer service, and assisting with administrative duties.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience performing Receptionist Duties
Proficient in Clerical Skills
Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other office software
Familiarity with administrative duties is a plus
A high school diploma or equivalent required
