Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
Communication Skills: Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to inquiries.
Presentable Appearance: Maintain a polished and neat appearance, reflecting the high standards of our private bank.
Visitor Assistance: Assist clients and guests by providing accurate information, guiding them to the appropriate personnel, and addressing their needs promptly.
Administrative Support: Provide support to various departments by performing administrative tasks, including managing appointments and organizing meeting rooms.
Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to clients and the company.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the front desk.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
