Receptionist Required in Dubai ​We are looking for an experienced Admin Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task and have a good understanding of office administration. ​ ​CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have. Assisting the clients with their inquiries. Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, and appointments. Manage company social media content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and some other platforms. Send marketing emails to clients for updates and news. Create designs and concepts for company events, websites, and social media platforms. Manage the office supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO. Generating invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Prepare and submit a quarterly VAT filing as required. Maintain and update documentation and filing system. Maintain office cleanliness. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have an IT background Computer literate (MS WORD, Excel, Publisher, etc.) with some knowledge in photo editing and video making. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Resourcefulness to work independently, hold self-accountable, and be a self-initiator. Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
