Receptionist Required in Dubai A Dubai based Real Estate Developer is looking for a receptionist, who would be expected to provide high quality front-line and administrative service to the company and its customers, whilst always maintaining high professional standards. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Take and deliver messages accurately to the concerned personnel. Maintain Boardroom bookings. Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence. Prepare and organize delivery of courier packages; accept courier packages and handover it to the concerned personnel. Provide support for tenant meetings. Generate employee time and attendance reports daily. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline. 4 plus years of relevant experience Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred) Excellent organisation, time management and IT skills including MS Office.
