Service Coordinator Required in Dubai -
Responsibilities:
Prepare SAP service orders and update customer contact information.
Continuously monitor and update schedule of the Engineers matching with SAP/PO details for the invoicing process.
Maintain SAP scheduling table, to ensure each Engineer is available at a required project site for the requested job.
Regular communication with the Engineers, Service Managers and Project Managers about any scheduling changes.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
