Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years work experience within the hospitality industry Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role Recognized skilled barista Extensive experience in Cafe environment Familiar with allergens and specialized diets Exemplary customer service and communication skills Recognized “up seller”. Good food knowledge and familiar with HACCP, valid PIC preferred but not essential. A team player with attention to details and strong planning and organizing skills Can work under pressure Competency in using computers and hospitality based software Experienced based packages, multiple openings available - accommodation on a live out basis only.
