Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively promote products/services. Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues professionally. Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adhere to deadlines. Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and suitable equipment to work from home. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. Experience in the relevant industry or a similar role. Additional language proficiency. Familiarity with remote communication tools like Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
