Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, using provided leads or self-sourced contacts.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
Provide information about our property listings, services, and promotions to potential clients.
Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our sales representatives or property consultants.
Assist sales representatives in following up on leads, answering queries, and closing deals.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service during all client interactions.
Handle objections and resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
Provide regular updates on lead generation and conversion rates to the sales manager.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall team performance.
Attend weekly sales meetings, participate in training sessions, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Gather and provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
