As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals. Your fluency in Tagalog and Russian will be crucial in effectively communicating with customers in their respective languages and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Tagalog and Russian markets.
Introduce and promote our products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
Engage customers in persuasive and compelling conversations to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
Answer customer questions, provide accurate information, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Utilize sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Record and update customer information, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Tagalog and Russian languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
Previous experience in selling relevant products or services is a plus.
