Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, and maximize customer satisfaction. I'd like you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the travel journey. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure high-quality services and negotiate favorable terms and contracts. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify innovation opportunities and proactively maintain compliance. Led and motivated a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
