Nursery Teacher Required in Dubai A Nursery Teacher in the UAE is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children aged between 1 and 4 years old. The teacher is required to plan and implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum, that meets the needs of each individual child. The teacher should ensure that each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met through play, exploration, and learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum that caters to the needs of each child in the class. Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop. Encourage positive behavior and manage any challenging behaviors in an effective manner. Work closely with parents and provide regular feedback on their child's development and progress. Provide opportunities for children to explore and learn through a range of play-based activities. Foster a love of learning and ensure that all children are supported to achieve their full potential. Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide regular reports to parents and senior management. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the nursery is a safe and secure environment for children. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in EYFS or a related field. Relevant teaching experience in a nursery or preschool setting. Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, caring and enthusiastic attitude toward working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 2 years of experience in UAE Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
