Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of individual students.
Use a variety of teaching techniques and strategies to actively engage students in the learning process.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
Assess and evaluate student progress through ongoing assessments, quizzes, and exams.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement curriculum plans.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification or license.
Proven experience working as a Secondary School Teacher.
