We’re looking for a talented UI/Graphic Designer to join our team, someone who is passionate about creating visually stunning graphics and engaging animations that enhance user experience and bring our games and websites to life.
We are working on three different products that are gamified web and mobile applications. Our products contain both web UIs for management and interactive native applications for the consumer to engage with.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for our web-based games and systems.
Design unique and engaging characters, rewards, dashboards, and other UI components.
Develop and implement animations that enhance gameplay and user interaction.
Provide creative insights into different animation ideas for our developers
Work closely with our development team to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for game aesthetics, characters, and UI elements.
Ensure all designs align with the overall visual style and brand identity.
Deliver design files, including Figma files, in a timely manner and be open to feedback and revisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design and animation, particularly in the context of web-based games or systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, character design, dashboard design, and animations.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of animation principles and ability to create smooth, engaging animations.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to web applications.
Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
