What you will be doing
In this role, you will be creating eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns, product packaging, sales presentations, and other materials that can help increase brand recognition and attract more customers. You will help streamline the design process, improve efficiency, and ensure that all materials are of the highest quality. Most importantly, it will be your ability to bring creative ideas to life and communicate effectively with different teams and make a significant impact on our prospects and customers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for designing visually appealing graphics and an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates their skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with various internal teams to understand their design requirements and present concept sketches
Work with the tech and product teams to create mockups for new features and products
Create visually appealing images and videos for social media campaigns
Plan and prepare a marketing content calendar
Develop and maintain brand standards through consistent use of color, typography, imagery and other design elements
Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to maintain a high level of creativity and quality in work
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
Experience working on presentations and pitch decks
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and image manipulation techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
