We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us bring our creative visions to life. In this dynamic position, you will assume a crucial role in shaping our visual communication and design approaches.
Your creative talents will be at the forefront of crafting engaging graphics, optimizing visual content across various platforms, and actively contributing to our mission of creating positive change through impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Think Creatively and Develop New Design Concepts - Generate innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts that captivate and engage our target audiences.
Understand and Grasp the Creative Team's Needs - Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, goals, and specifications.
Develop, Design, and Produce Graphic Art - Transform creative briefs into visually appealing graphic art that aligns with our brand and client expectations.
Design and Develop Maps - Utilize graphic illustration skills to design and develop maps that enhance our visual storytelling.
Data Visualization - Bring data to life by designing report documents that tell a story.
Collaboration - consult with the Creative Team throughout the production process. Work closely with colleagues from pre-production to post-production, ensuring that design goals are met.
Qualifications:
A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
UI/UX experience with Figma a bonus.
Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creativity and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
Arabic speaker is a bonus.
