Location: Dubai Hills Business Park, Dubai. Hybrid (Remote and Onsite mixed)

About Us:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer with experience in designing sustainability reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing, informative, and professional reports that effectively communicate sustainability metrics and narratives.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive and print versions of required company reports, including the ESG/Sustainability Report and related reports.
Design an online version of the reports, as required.
Understand report content and objectives and work in close collaboration with the ESG team.
Ensure all design elements align with our brand guidelines and sustainability goals.
Create visually appealing and informative graphics, charts, and layouts, as per instructions from the report owner.
Work with the writers and editors to integrate text and visuals seamlessly.
Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate our sustainability efforts and achievements.
Adapt designs for different media, ensuring consistency and clarity across all formats.
Participate in onsite meetings and work sessions as required.

Requirements:
Proven experience in designing sustainability reports or annual reports for multinational corporations.
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in sustainability report design and creation (please provide samples).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
