Job Overview:
Looking for a graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that reflect the unique identities of both our Retail and F&B brands. Collaborating closely with respective manager of both divisions, you will develop a wide range of graphic content, including marketing materials, social media graphics, packaging designs, menus, and more. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and gastronomy, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand stories into captivating visual elements.

Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials for both Fashion Retail and F&B brands, including but not limited to advertisements, flyers, posters, social media graphics, menus, and packaging designs.
2. Collaborate with marketing teams from both divisions to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the respective visual identities.
3. Develop visually appealing and on-trend digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
4. Create eye-catching packaging designs that reflect the essence of our F&B products and contribute to an exceptional unboxing experience for our customers.
5. Work closely with F&B outlets to design visually enticing and informative menus that showcase the culinary offerings in an appealing manner.
6. Generate fresh and innovative design ideas to support seasonal promotions, special events, and retail store initiatives.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to create visual assets that enhance brand storytelling.
8. Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual content to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity for both Fashion Retail and F&B divisions.
9. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the visual aesthetics of both brands.
10. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the Fashion Retail and/or F&B industry or related sectors.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects for both Fashion Retail and F&B, including marketing materials, packaging, menus, and digital content.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
6. Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into visually compelling designs for both Fashion Retail and F&B brands.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that spans both Fashion Retail and F&B.

Salary Package: AED 8,000 – AED 9,000
