Qualifications

Extensive experience in upscale luxury hotel kitchen, with a minimum of 5-7 years in culinary leadership roles.
Capable of manning high-volume, fast-paced operations and leading big teams.
Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
Exceptional skills in developing menus, creating new recipes, implementing ingredients and modern techniques, cost control.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence consistently.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, adjusting to guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and industry trends.
Genuine passion for culinary and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Knowledge of various culinary techniques / procedures.
Strong knowledge of all kitchen operations.
Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
