What You Will Do:

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station
Assist in answering phone calls and providing accurate information to guests.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
