Admin Assistant Required in Dubai
Administrator required for a leading organization in Dubai. You are responsible to carry out variety of all administrative requirements of the assigned field; coordinate with Roster and Clerk to produce accurate Persons On board (POB) at all times and maintain personnel and training data offshore.

Administrator required for a leading organization in Dubai. You are responsible to carry out variety of all administrative requirements of the assigned field; coordinate with Roster and Clerk to produce accurate Persons On board (POB) at all times and maintain personnel and training data offshore.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Work closely with Controller to help obtain a quick head count during fire alarms.
2. Work as a backup whenever there is shortage of staff. Update and upload necessary files.
3. Acts as a backup to the Logistics Coordinator in the event of absence due to the Admin Supervisor not being available.
4. Participate in the department and area safety programs to eliminate injuries and preserve company assets.
5. Identify daily hazards and recommend or implement solutions to prevent recurrence by participating in Company safety program and report all unsafe acts, behaviors and conditions.
6. Responsible for administrative functions such as: updating organization chart, preparing of the monthly payroll, compiling daily, monthly and quarterly operating reports, handling mail, rotation schedules, controlling stationery stocks, scheduling and setting up equipment’s required for meetings, receiving and distributing airline tickets, liaising with Human Resources (HR).
7. Liaise with immigration department for passports and visas renewals.
8. Responsible for Admin, Office filing system, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) training records and other records and reports.
9. Responsible for day-to-day SCADA operations and report all anomalies to concerned supervisors.
Skills:
Excellent English Language verbal and oral skills
Computer Literate – thorough working knowledge of the entire MS Office suite
Good Planning & Organization skills
Educational Qualifications:
Completion of High School education, a University degree is desirable
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the area of crewing & barge administration.
Position based in Dubai.
Based Offshore
