Head of HR Required in Dubai
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources is a MUST and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Work Experience – Minimum 10-15 years post-qualification experience
The HR candidate has to be a generalist more than a specialist as will be the POC for hiring, people relocation, performance management, contract termination etc.
This person should be able to offer the team the full alignment on policies, procedures, audits etc.
