DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Key Responsibilities:
Human Capital Strategy for Corporate workforce: Maximize productivity, engagement, and job satisfaction; enhance work culture to improve collaboration, accountability, and agility; ensure efficiency and cost control in operations in conjunction with other department heads.
Human Capital Strategy for Blue Collar workforce: Maximizing productivity and engagement, and minimize absenteeism
Policies and Procedures: Develop, rollout and manage various policies and procedures to systematize and enhance our employee relations
Talent Planning & Acquisition: focusing on improving recruitment systems, talent management, and succession planning
Performance Management: Enhance motivation, growth, and accountability of all staff through collaborative goal-setting in line with company strategy, individual performance plans consistent with goals, a semi-annual evaluation process that is collaborative and with high engagement, and a bonus plan which motivates employees and vests them in our future
Employee Engagement: Develop an engagement program to enhance a culture of the organization focusing on teamwork, togetherness, quality, efficiency, and personal accountability
Learning & Development: Develop a growth strategy for our staff in line with performance management outcomes. Conduct training needs analysis across various roles, and focus on developing hard and soft skills in a prioritized basis
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Ø Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ø Strong people skills and service mindset
Ø Ability to effectively engage with the corporate and blue-collar workforce
Ø Able to collaboratively work with the Board and other leaders, and manage their teams
Ø Experience dealing with Government entities in the region
Ø Excellent execution skills and multi-tasking ability; disciplined and able to deliver on given time frame
Ø Strong desire to work in a fast-growth environment and ability to handle high-pressure situations
Ø Strong collaborative mindset; loves working in a team environment
Ø Background with blue-collar workforce required
PREREQUISITES
Education : Bachelor’s Degree ideally; CIPD certification a plus
Work : 10+ years of work experience; at least 3 years in a senior HR role
Language : Communicate professionally in English at a business level (verbal and written)
