Overseeing the daily operations of the HR Department and the entire employee lifecycle.
Supervising various human resources activities, such as recruitment, hiring, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and employment services (including issuing HR-related letters and correspondence).
Administering and implementing HR policies and procedures across operations, ensuring comprehension, controls, and compliance for all staff.
Handling disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, grievance cases, and attendance management, ensuring timely resolution and providing support to managers in operational disciplinary matters.
Ensuring timely completion of new hire documentation requirements (such as medical exams, EID, employment visas) and follow up on document renewals (employee passports, Emirates IDs, residence visas, etc.).
Generating job offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents for selected candidates and new hires.
Entering employee information accurately into the HRIS (Oracle) and ensure the system remains updated with relevant data.
Maintaining comprehensive employee files, records, and pertinent documents (employment contracts, salary revisions, etc.) in both electronic and hardcopy formats, ensuring completeness, organization, and up-to-date individual employee archives.
Conducting orientation sessions for new employees, facilitate departmental introductions with department heads, and coordinate new employee training schedules with relevant departments.
Managing employee separations and exit procedures, including end-of-service (EOS) settlements, visa and permit cancellations.
