HR Assistant Required in Dubai Role: Assist in the daily HR functions within the organization, focusing on human resources support, administrative coordination, and employee management Reports to: HR & Office Administrator Requirements Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Coordination: Maintain confidential department files and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date management. Assist in employee recruitment processes, including job postings, application reviews, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and document preparation. Assist with performance review processes and employee development plans. Manage database entry and HR supplier files, ensuring data accuracy. Support travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing travel documents. Coordinate with the Finance Team in processing employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related financial tasks. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including faxing, scanning, photocopying, and handling visa applications, work permits, and other legal documentation. Assist the HR & Office Administrator in tasks such as documentation and accreditation. Available during out-of-office hours for urgent matters, as needed.
