Key job responsibilities Provide Associate support on HR related topics, ensuring an engaging workplace environment. Dealing with day-to-day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance). Managing time and attendance system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for our people, escalates as appropriate. Audits and analyzes key findings. Leads process improvement initiatives. Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources. Performs project tasks as directed. Ensuring compliance with company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records. Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity. Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders All other duties and responsibilities as needed. A day in the life As a HR Assistant you will support in fulfillment center. Our HR Assistants are the first point of contact for our operation associates, when it comes to all things HR related. This is a varied, complex role and every day is different!
