The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and the implementation of HR policies. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive work environment and seamless HR operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
Admin Work: Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Policy Implementation: Implement HR policies throughout the organization to maintain compliance and consistency.
Employee Support: Process employee queries and respond in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with the work environment.
Legislation Compliance: Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with changes in labor legislation.
Benefits Communication: Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for, such as extra vacation days.
HR Solutions: Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.
Record Management: Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status.

Attendance Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the attendance system and prepare monthly reports.

Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate or 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, with a background in HR systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Knowledge and Competency:
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Views HR as a customer experience center for employees.
Strong understanding of industry best practices.
Personality:
Strong communicator with a pleasant and approachable personality.
Empathetic, with the ability to understand and relate to others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
