We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate and schedule employee onboarding and training programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Other administrative tasks are assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
