Accountabilities Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies Cover all legal compliance for federal and state Human Resources requirements Organise and undertake Performance Management tasks Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process Promote learning and development Act as primary back-up for payroll processing Manage and maintain employee database Provide support to staff in other HR-related concerns Key Competencies Laws and Regulatory Knowledge - Maintains knowledge and applies understanding of local and international laws and regulations to guide decisions and delivery of services. Stress tolerance - Maintains efficient and effective performance under pressure or opposition, exhibits behaviour acceptable to people and to the company even under stress. Problem Solving – Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues and overcome challenges quickly and effectively, using available resources and methods. Time Management - Can use own time effectively and efficiently to promote work-life balance, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with a mind to other people’s schedule and plans. Effective Communication - Can convey and receive information and ideas promoting an effective two-way process, using various means and ways to exchange and retain information. Teamwork - Collaboratively works with other team members to accomplish common goals and objectives.
