HR Coordinator Required in Dubai Are you a bright, knowledgeable, detail-oriented HR Coordinator with outstanding problem solving and communication skills? We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join us and undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will be part of an ambitious HR team working on different HR functions. As an ideal candidate, you will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. You should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools with detailed knowledge of the UAE labour law. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization. Responsibilities Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met. Liaise with other departments as needed. Support the recruitment/hiring process by Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires. Produce and submit reports whenever it is required. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects. Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance.
