Distribute correspondence on emails/calls to the appropriate person of the team. Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Scheduling interviews with potential candidate from partner agencies and internal sources. And communicate with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy. Work directly with the HR manager to arrange onboarding new employees.
