Preparing annually / half yearly /Quarterly /monthly/weekly reports related to HR Operations Review and update various HR policies and processes like joining process, exit process, promotion, and leaves. Update process documents for HR Prepared Performance Evaluation of employees Schedule and arrange training programs while coordinating with department head.
