An HR Generalist is responsible for implementing and facilitating the HR processes, policies and company guidelines and ensuring adherence to standards and laws initiated by authorities.

Skills, Experience and Qualification required:
(Full Time) Masters with Specialization in HR/ MBA in HR from a recognized institute is mandatory
4 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience in UAE
Interpersonal skills to resolve sensitive issues with associates.
Good Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge in Excel, MS Word
Having knowledge of HR Oracle Application would be added advantage
