HR Generalist Required in Dubai -

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with management to identify HR priorities and develop and implement effective people strategies that support RAI objectives.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
Consult with hiring managers to understand the skills required for each position to effectively match qualified candidates to business needs.
Demonstrating a people-first approach by responding to employees concern quickly and patiently, in a friendly & helpful manner.
Updating and administration of employee files and data entries with a high degree of accuracy from onboarding to offboarding.
Being the first point of contact for all visa related matters such as employment visa applications, visa renewals and cancellations.
Experience in developing and implementing effective, pro-active HR related policies/procedures.
Administer and coordinate performance appraisal.
Maximise employee performance and business outcome by creating a roadmap to support our long-term goals, using meticulous HR analytics and action planning.
Addition & Deletion of Medical Insurance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. CIPD qualification would be a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or similar role.
Demonstrable experience in analytical and data management and exceptional skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
