HR Intern Required in Dubai About Us GluCare is a Technology company disguised as a Diabetes Clinic. We use technology-enhanced services to provide metabolic health service, primarily for diabetes and other endocrinology services as well as common comorbidities. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team in various aspects of HR functions tailored to the unique needs of our health tech startup. This internship will provide hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting on various platforms and our company website Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews Participate in interview processes and candidate evaluations Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition Prepare new hire documentation and welcome kits Contribute to orientation sessions to introduce new employees to our company culture and policies HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation Handle routine HR inquiries from employees Employee Engagement: Collaborate in organizing employee engagement activities and events Participate in initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Gather employee feedback to improve the employee experience Compliance and Policy: Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations Stay informed about industry-specific compliance requirements Learning and Development: Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in a career in Human Resources within the healthcare or technology industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office applications What do we offer?
