Engage with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels.
Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.
Coordinate and schedule employee development sessions.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Support the Total Rewards team in the development and enhancement of payroll-related policies and programs.
What Are The Requests
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, with a desire to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
