Recruitment and Onboarding:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company policies and procedures.2. Employee Relations and Engagement:- Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving any employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner.- Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.- Facilitate regular employee feedback mechanisms and act as a trusted resource for employees seeking guidance or support.3.
