HR Operations Associate Required in Dubai
We are currently recruiting an HR Operations Associate for a leading marketing technology group based in Dubai. Starting out as a single company, they set themselves on a path to becoming one of the most accessible sources of marketing technologies in the UAE. Today, they continue to innovate and provide the market with one innovation after the other.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & on boarding
Assist with recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as recruitment agencies, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Conduct CV screening, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
Manage the onboarding process, including orientation and coordination with IT and hiring managers for workstation setup and training plans for new employees.
2. Compensation, benefits & policies
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Implement and administer employee benefits programs.
Assess benefit needs and trends, recommend benefit programs to management.
Process benefit claims and evaluate benefit contract bids.
3. HR Information Systems and Personnel Files:
Maintain HRIS and personnel files.
Provide assistance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries.
Issue employment letters as required.
Ensure compliance with employment laws in Dubai.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and leaves and submit monthly reports.
4. Employee Relations and Retention:
Foster a positive working environment through effective communication channels.
Assist in resolving issues and concerns between management and employees.
Implement strategies for employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Organize team activities, team building exercises, and social gatherings.
5. Administration and Logistic Support:
Handle operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate the ordering of necessary office equipment.
Facilitate visa issuance.
Manage visitor needs and ensure their comfort during their visit.
Skills & Qualifications:
People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
Self-starter with the ability to seek assistance when needed.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as an HR coordinator/associate covering all areas of HR including recruitment, orientation, HRIS, and benefits administration.
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation in Dubai is essential.
