We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Operations & Payroll Supervisor to join the Group HR team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR operations and payroll team to ensure a comprehensive and timely service to line managers and employees
Deliver an HR operations service across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation/ retirement
Lead the implementation/ integration of Success Factors within the Operations team
Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to process payroll requirements including all leave, overtime, new joiners etc.
Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely manner
Produce reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.
Understand the company HR policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.
Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees’ queries.
Perform the employee systems registration activities to ensure data integrity and completion of all requirements.
Administer the company’s medical plan and service contract and oversee the execution of the plan in terms of registration, tracking, analysis and reimbursements.
Work closely with Finance department to ensure the compliance and execution of the payroll and benefits operations.
Monitor and produce monthly reports on employee absence and leave, time and attendance
Ensure all employee information and files are accurate and up to date
Monitor and Process payments for all employee related contracts and expenses
Produce and process relevant paperwork aligned to employee changes, transfers, promotions, onboarding and offboarding
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor degree , ideally with SHRM or CIPD
Minimum of 5 years HR operations and Payroll experience, in a multinational company
Communication skills & Teamwork
Work planning and management of priorities / scheduling
Process compliance and attention to detail, accuracy
IT system knowledge - MSO Office Intermediate Level
Working Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
