EOR industry, who can demonstrate exceptional communication skills using the English language. In
this role, you will collaborate with our clients to provide strategic HR support, manage employee
relations, and oversee various HR functions which include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for HR-related matters.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the client's business goals, ensuring their HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool.
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution withprofessionalism and empathy.
Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, advising clients on best practices to ensure legal compliance.
Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
HR Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring all personnel files are complete and up-to-date.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes.
Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the BPO, EOR, Consulting, and the like.
Proficiency in labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of HR software and tools.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
