HR Administrator is a full-time role, open only for Emirati nationals (UAE citizenship), located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Ensures smooth recruiting, onboarding processes
Ensures visa, work permit processing
Manages employment status submission to the governmental authorities
Maintains compliance with governmental regulations
Coordinates the Emiratisation of the Group companies
Manages HR-administrative and internal labor regulations fit the governmental and municipal regulations
Organizes and analyzes employment data
Manages communication with company team members for HR and Labor Law questions
Collaborates with the HR department team colleagues, commercial management of the Group
Qualification
Previous UAE experience on HR administrative procedures
Upper-Intermediate English speaking
Active laptop & mobile user
Bachelor's degree in HR, administration and relevant qualification
Organizational skills, systematic approach, flexibility
