We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional HR Assistant (Russian Speaker) to join their team in Dubai.
Location: Business Bay
Work Timings: Mon to Fri (9-6 pm)
Key Responsibilities
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, audits, etc.)
Assist with performance management procedures.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Applying health insurance to all employees.
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
