We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the People & Culture Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs and arranging interviews
Handle employee processes from onboarding to offboarding
Respond to employee enquiries and provide generalist support to the people & culture manager
Maintain employee records, both hard and soft copies and ensure data accuracy
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of leaves
Liaise with external HR vendors, ensuring contracts and services are effectively maintained
Take ownership of the visa and medical process for new and existing staff
Support the administrative of learning and development programs
Assist in the performance review process
Organise and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, workshops, and annual celebrations.
Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Education, Experience, and Key Requirements:
Bachelor/ Diploma/Relevant certification
CIPD would be an advantage
Must have 2-3 year's experience in HR
Experience in HRIS and ATS systems
Payroll experience
Highly organised, proactive and a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication are required.
