Qualification & skills
MBA in Human Resource from a reputed university.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance management, employee engagement and training.
Excellent skills in MS Excel & Power point.
Excellent communication skills (English written & spoken).
Ability to multitask.
Candidate with high energy & motivation and an outgoing personality.
Candidate with relevant experience in UAE is a MUST.
