Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR functions and provide administrative support.
Manage employee records in both hard and soft copies.
Process documentation for recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions, and take meeting minutes.
Address employee queries on HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Provide relevant data for payroll preparation.
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Manage complaints and grievance procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR, staff assistance, or related administrative roles.
Proficient in fast computer typing, especially in MS Office.
Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS.
Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
