Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources & Admin Executive located in Dubai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The Human Resources Executive will also provide strategic guidance and support to the company's senior management team and play a key role in shaping the company's culture and values.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR & Admin or similar role, preferably in the UAE
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment law, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
