Parisima Talent is hiring for the position of HR Executive with one of our clients in Dubai.

Position: HR Executive

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 6,800

Working days: 5 days per week

Contract duration: 6 months, extendable

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for drafting comprehensive job descriptions, developing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating training and development programs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support the company’s human resources objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and update comprehensive job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Coordinate employee training programs, track their effectiveness, and manage external and internal training resources.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and training logs.
Assist with employee relations, addressing inquiries related to policies, job descriptions, and training opportunities.

Job requirements:

1-2 years experience as HR Executive / HRBP / Employee Relations Executive.
Candidate should be well versed with UAE labor law.
