Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

Recruitment procedures: Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
Be knowledgeable of the UAE's Labour laws and procedures
Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases
Manage end to end monthly payroll updates administration: checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc.
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; advising managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, grievances, and disputes. Organizing welfare and teambuilding events.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
EDUCATION REQUIRED· Bachelor & MBA Degree
